Cincinnati Weather

It's Not too Hot,
Not too Cold

In Fact Most Days, It's Just Right!

Cincinnati Weather in a buckeye nutshell: A Taste of All Seasons.
One fantastic aspect of Cincinnati life is that there are four distinct seasons. Although the winters are fairly mild, there is snow and even skiing nearby.

The summers can be hot and humid, but they’re not unbearable and there are lots of fabulous places to cool off. The spring is lovely with flowers everywhere. And, nothing beats the colorful hills in the fall when we’re off to a football game. When I asked my children what they love most about our city, Cincinnati's four seasons ranked very near the top.

The average temperatures for Cincinnati are 31 degrees in the Winter, and 76 degrees in the Summer. Remember those are averages. However, compared to Wisconsin, where I grew up, Cincinnati is a much milder winter. There are many balmy Spring-like days even in early March. Fall extends into November with a few cold days blowing about here and there. The average temperature annually is a nice 54 degrees.

There is quite a lot of rain and even a few thunderstorms in the Spring and Summer months. Cincinnati's average annual rainfall is 40 inches with an average 11.7 inches falling in the Summer.
